Health is an adventure! I’ve been out on the trails exploring for 25 years.
I have training in Reki, Acupuncture, Quantum Touch and Shiatsu. I’m a master hypnotherapist, a Raw Food Chef, certified by the state of California, and now a Health Coach.

I was a health and medical television producer for more than a decade. During that time, I traveled far and wide to find the next health breakthrough. I interviewed hundreds of doctors and scientists on the cutting edge of human physiology. One of the important things I discovered was that no single approach works for everyone.
Like a snowflake on Kilimanjaro, your body is unique.

That’s what makes the pursuit of health such a great adventure. There are so many interesting approaches to explore from the wisdom of ancient masters to the science and technology of “biohackers. ”

A lot of the fun for me was finding the things just about anybody could do without a lot of stress or expense to really improve their bodies and minds.

I learned that something as simple as chewing longer makes a huge difference for many. Simple? Yes. Easy? No. Chewing, like many things we do every day, is a habit. Habits are hard to change. You probably know this already if you’ve tried to start a new exercise program, stop smoking or eliminate something in your diet like sugar.
If you didn’t have success, it wasn’t your fault. Your mind automatically RESISTS change.

They say we have about 90 thousand thoughts a day – and 96% of them are the same. If you can’t find a way to change more of those thoughts, you’ll have a hard time changing your habits.

That’s why you need a coach along on this adventure. I have a big backpack full of tools, tricks, and strategies that will help you discover not only what works for your body but how to stealthily install those new healthy habits without triggering resistance.

The goal is not to have to remember to be different. After a while, you’ll just start happily making the best choices for your body without really thinking about it.
